Installation of exchange 2010 is not making any difference when compare with Exchange 2007. its all same method.

Active Directory Preparation for Exchange 2010:

1, Schema Master & Global Catalog : Windows Server 2003 SP2 Standard or Enterprises
32 or 64 bit.
2, Functional Levels : Domain & Forest Functional Level must be in Windows Server
2003 Native or Higher.

Server Specification:

Hardware

Processor : Intel 64-bit or AMD64
Memory : Minimum 2 GB Supported upto 64GB More Details

Disk Space:

Minimum 1.2 GB to Install Exchange Server, 500 MB for Unified Messaging
200 MB for System Drive & 500 MB to Transport Server Role


Operating system

Operating System : Windows Server 2008 64bit ( Standard, Enterprises or Datacenter)

Prerequisites:
IIS 7 (Basic Auth, Windows Auth, Digest Auth, Dynamic content Compression, .net extensibility, IIS 6 Management tools.
